Position Overview
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a skilled Blockchain & Web3 Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and blockchain-based solutions across various platforms including Ethereum, Solana, and other blockchain networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, or other blockchain languages, build decentralized applications (dApps) with Web3 integration, implement DeFi protocols and tokenomics, collaborate with cross-functional teams on blockchain projects, conduct security audits and testing of smart contracts, stay updated with the latest blockchain technologies and best practices, and optimize gas costs and transaction efficiency.

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- •3+ years of experience in blockchain development
- •Proficiency in Solidity (EVM) and/or Rust (Solana/Substrate)
- •Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries
- •Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and consensus mechanisms
- •Experience with DeFi protocols, NFTs, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155)
- •Knowledge of smart contract security best practices
- •Familiarity with testing frameworks (Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry)
Additional Qualifications
- •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- •Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) for dApp development
- •Understanding of cryptography and cryptographic primitives
- •Knowledge of IPFS and decentralized storage solutions
- •Experience with Layer 2 solutions (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism)
- •Familiarity with DAO governance and tokenomics design
- •Published work or contributions to open-source blockchain projects (preferred)
